Terms and Conditions for 20% Off Whole Bill Discount
1. The 20% discount can be used in conjunction with LUBUDS® Gift Certificates, and all coupons redeemed by LUBUDS® Points, of which blackout dates and other terms and conditions apply.
2. The 20% discount cannot be used simultaneously with the $3000 welcome cash coupons offered with LUBUDS® Club membership.
3. The 20% discount for LUBUDS® Club members is applicable to dine-in (including 10% service charge), takeaway, set menus, beverages, jet-flown goods in HK outlets (excluding ALBERGUE 1601 Macau and Blooms x BMW iSpace, LUBUDS® Choice, and regular-priced SAKE-X retail products (excluding all Juyondai items).
4. 10% service charge based on the original price will be applied.
5. The 20% discount and LUBUDS® Gift Certificates cannot be used for any private hiring event, corporate function, banquet, wedding banquet, or banquet menu package.
Terms and Conditions for the Birthday Reward
1. The Birthday Reward can only be used in conjunction with the 20% discount.
2. The Birthday Reward can only be redeemed once at any one of the outlets during the birthday month.
3. The Birthday Reward can be used for dine-in only.
4. The Birthday Reward can only be used to redeem the items designated by individual outlets. (Subject to a 10% service charge added separately)
Other Terms and Conditions for LUBUDS® Club Membership Benefits
1. LUBUDS® Club Membership cannot be purchased using LUBUDS® Gift Certificates nor accumulate LUBUDS® Points.
2. Premium members 10% discount is not applicable to purchase of LUBUDS® Club Membership.
3. All LUBUDS® Club membership benefits, discounts/offers, and LUBUDS® Point accumulation are not applicable to Blooms x BMW iSpace and ALBERGUE 1601, Macau.
4. The $3,000 welcome cash coupons can be used only for dine-in across all LUBUDS® outlets in Hong Kong (excluding ALBERGUE 1601 Macau and Blooms x BMW iSpace) and takeaway at Baker by LUBUDS®.
5. For the $3000 welcome cash coupons, One (1) HK$100 cash coupon can be used upon every dine-in spending of HK$200 at designated outlets. A maximum of eight (8) welcome cash coupons can be used per single transaction. Splitting table or bill is not allowed.
6. Fast lane service is available to LUBUDS® Club members at the following selected restaurants:

LUBUDS’ CLUB™ TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“Club T&C”)
This Club T&C of the LUBUDS’ Club Loyalty Program (referred to as “LUBUDS’ CLUB” or “Program” or “Membership” according to its use below) is subordinate to and does not invalidate the more general LUBUDS General Terms and Conditions unless otherwise expressly stated.
It is each LUBUDS’ Club Member (“Club Member” or “you”)’s responsibility to read and understand the Club T&C below:

LUBUDS® Group (“LUBUDS” or “we”) was established in 2006 with the launch of its first Japanese outlet. Other Terms
1. Each Membership for the Program is for the named and registered individual only. The Membership and Price paid is non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-refundable.
2. You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll.
3. Membership card must be presented at the time of your purchase at LUBUDS.
4. For a current list of restaurants and/or locations please visit our website.
5. You will continue to enjoy the benefits as a LUBUDS member (i.e. our general membership by downloading and registered in LUBUDS app, free of charge). Your existing general membership tier (Basic/Premium), general membership period, and LUBUDS Points expiry date remain unchanged. LUBUDS Points will continue to be accumulated under your general membership account during the annual LUBUDS Club paid membership year, and LUBUDS Points expiry aligns with your general membership expiry date.
6. If you lose your Membership access, you should contact our [customer service number or email] for assistance.
7. LUBUDS reserves rights to announce benefits exclusion, to decide the benefits availability and available dates and to make any change to the Club T&C, benefits, price, validity and other conditions upon notification and at its sole discretion.
8. Validity period commences on the activation date of your purchased Membership, until the stated expiry date.
9. You have the right to cancel your Membership (without refund) at any time and for any reason by contacting us at the contact information above.
10. LUBUDS reserves the right to terminate your Membership (without refund) if LUBUDS in its sole discretion considers you have seriously abused the Program. Otherwise, LUBUDS may not cancel or terminate your Membership by notice until after its expiry.
11. All intellectual property rights subsisting in the website, app or other channels of the LUBUDS’ Club belong to us or our licensor.
12. Subject to your consent obtained in accordance with our Privacy Policy, we can use your personal data to provide you with tailored or personalized offers and promotions in relation to your Club Membership and to send such personalized offers directly to you via your preferred communication channel, and such offers may be subject to its additional terms or conditions.
13. Disclaimers: All information, content and materials of any kind provided by us in relation to the Membership are for your general reference only. Your participation in the LUBUDS’ Club is at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all information, content, materials and/or services provided or performed in relation to them are provided by us on an “as is” basis, and all express or implied conditions or warranties are excluded.
14. LUBUDS make no representations, undertakings or warranties as to title, accuracy, completeness, currency, quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose in relation to the Membership nor our services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, timely or available, or that any error or malfunction must be rectified.
15. LUBUDS shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential losses or damages suffered by any Club Member or in relation to the Membership, however they may arise, including negligence.
16. LUBUDS will have final decisions in any disputes over the Program and/or Membership and/or interpretation of this Club T&C.
17. This Club T&C shall be governed by Hong Kong law, and any person not a Club Member shall have no rights to enforce or enjoy the benefits herein.
